Who is this for?
Whether you are in hotel management, the restaurant business, finance or computer software, today's global economy has challenged corporations with the demands of outsourcing departments, hiring international employees or doing business across and within cultures- all of these are examples that have caused language barriers and linguistic difficulties in today’s workplace. This program is for the employer, concerned about how communication barriers have hurt productivity and other areas of business operations. Course Consultants
All our courses are integrated with advanced training support services to apply and encourage the language learning process, including tutoring and coaching; on-demand help and resources; testing tools to measure the learning process; and accountable and insightful HR reporting.

All our courses include the following:

1. Interactive and applied fluency practice to encourage you to express your opinions and ideas clearly and with confidence,
2. Integrating new vocabulary and idiomatic phrases, and
3. Incorporating more sophisticated and complex language structures;
4. Practice to improve your understanding of documents and oral presentations on business and general topics;
5. Listening and reading practice
6. Revision of any grammar points which require attention to improve use of the language;
7. Increasing the range of vocabulary related to business and social situations, to develop your ability to socialise in multicultural environments;
8. Rrole-plays are used in the lessons to simulate a wide variety of business situations such as presentations, negotiations, telephone calls and international meetings.
