John Tholen, Managing Director

John’s career in scientific project management began is the refinery industry with the production of precious metals products such as gold bullion, ores and exhaust catalytic converters. He was then contracted by ACIAR to develop diagnostics for toxic alkaloids in Canola Oilseed. A central role to a major international research program involving MN biotech corporations and public institutions in Australia, USA and China. Thereafter, his work in pathology for ten years, included research programs in major disease groups (Coronary Arterial Disease, Cystic Fibrosis and Hypertension.). In 1998, John was awarded his PhD in Clinical Biochemistry from the University of New South Wales (Sydney) investigating renal hypertension and drug mechanisms. Ms Du has provide central leadership in securing successful international business projects in Asia Pacific, particular in China. INSCI provides comprehensive support for our clients. Prior to joining INSCI, Ms Du held senior executive appointments for over a decade at major multinational advertising corporations such as McCann-Erickson, ACNielsen, Dentsu, Dawson, etc., with accounts spanning several industry groups (healthcare, education, FMCG, IT, entertainment, automobile manufacturers, etc). Her academic qualifications include degrees in advertising and marketing from the Macau Open University with a MBA dissertation in Brand Management. |

Anton has over twenty years of academic experience as a senior lecture in chemistry. His research on synthesis (conventional, microwave and electrosynthesis) and application of novel polymers such as Polypyrroles, polyanilines, polythiophenes, co-polymers, and derivatives including Colorbond coatings has been extensively published including several books. |

Dr. Alan Richardson, Director
PhD (Material Sci.), B.Tech (Bradford, UK)
Dr Richardson brings to APB extensive experience in polymer engineering having pioneered the development and applications of fibre optics in high-speed computer and telecommunication networks for the US Department of Defence. He has several years material science consulting experience for major US manufacturers such as 3M, Boston Optical Fiber, Lumitex.etc., before being posted as Director of Polymer Lightguides, Shipley for several years. For the past fifteen years, Dr Richardson has held senior academic appointments as Director of Studies with major educational centres in Singapore, including the British Education Centre. |
