Progression to Medical Education Graduates of the Bachelor of Science (Hons) Biomedical Science programme may apply to Australian and UK medical schools upon successful completion of MCAT/GAMSAT test.

ADMISSIONS Students who do ot met the admission requirements in the first instance may complete the Science Foundation Programme and achieve the prescribed level of English Proficiency formatriculation. Science Foundation Studies ATTENDANCE Students who take on a full time work load can expect to complete their Diploma in Biomedical Sciences within 3.0 years. Lectures will he given on a daily basis: Monday to FridayEach lecture will be presented over 2 hour durationAt the end of week 6, there will be a two week study recess followed by the final exam for that module. Note: All assessments will he conducted in English and Chinese for stages 1 and 2 only. Thereafter the assessments will be conducted in English only. ASSESSMENTS Progress is measured through coursework (such as practical assignments, quizzes or tests) and examinations. CERTIFICATION Candidates who successfully complete the programme will be awarded a Diploma from the foreign university. Graduates will be eligible to complete a final year of study on campus for their Bachelor degree award.
