Introduction The aim of this course is to provide participants with both conceptual and theoretical understanding of hospitality and tourism operation management. It is suited for those who wish to acquire some core skills and fundamental knowledge about hospitality and tourism business or as the first step into tertiary education specialising in this area of study. There are 12 lessons in total. The lessons will provide students with a macro view of the hospitality and tourism industry, and its various key sectors.
