INSCI Pty Limited has a portfolio that demonstrates a passion for engaging in projects that have impact. We have removed the barriers to high quality education in remote areas and opened the doors for citizens from many communities to embark on journeys of self improvement that are rewarding to us all. We are pleased to display our accomplishments in promoting academic developments in the hard core sciences spanning medicinal chemistry, proteomics, biotechnology, genetics, pathology, molecular medicine and operations management for the pharmaceutical industry.
Alongside our academic interests we have a history of achievements as industry scientists. As practitioners we have portfolios attached to major industry sectors. Our ability to implement educational strategies in relation to our comprehensive industry experiences empowers us to deliver our clients and customers an exciting and relevant learning experience.
Our accomplishments in the international education sector include the following:
Forged partnership with Singapore Polytechnic. INSCI develops Singapore's first VET courses in biomedical sciences and pharmaceutical management. Science Foundation Course developed by INSCI receives an excellent review by the University of Western Australia. INSCI develops VET courses for matriculation and articulation into degree programs with Australian and British universities, and launches interdisciplinary life science studies with law, engineering, and management.
Genomics and Proteomics instrumentation supplied by Bio-Rad Laboratories. Spectroscopy instrumentation supplied by Shimadzu Corporation. INSCI P/L establishes the Centre for Biomedical Sciences and Management, Singapore, and develops and implements courses from the University of Bradford, UK: Certificate, Diploma and Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Pharmaceutical Management; specialist courses in quality systems and regulatory compliance (cGMP, ISO, GCP, ICH, FDA, TGA, EMEA); Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Biomedical Sciences (Medical Biochemistry and Immunopathology). INSCI also develops degree programmes in drug discovery and medicinal chemistry, and establishes collaborations with Macquarie University, Sydney: Bachelor of Science in Biotechnology (Drug Development) and Bachelor of Medical Science (Medicinal Chemistry).
Seminar Series: "Trends and Applications of Biotechnology" in association with CERT (Malaysia). Topics included gene engineering, drug discovery (Proteomics/Genomics) and IP commercialisation.
Healthcare education project, Ho Chi Minh People's Committee, Vietnam, in association with the Hanns Seidel Stiftung, Germany.
Established collaboration with the School of Chemical and Life Science, UWA. Developed the School of Life Sciences at the Singapore Productivity, Standards and Innovation Board (PSB Corporation). Implemented full laboratory-based degree courses: Bachelor of Biomedical Sciences (Molecular Medicine), Bachelor of Science in Molecular Biology and Biotechnology, Bachelor of Science in Genetics, and Bachelor of Pharmaceutical Sciences.
Dr John Tholen (INSCI) serves as International Academic Advisor for HK and China. INSCI acts as Agent for the University of Bradford, UK for HK and China.
INSCI (formerly APB) enters into an MOU with the University of Wales, UK in regard to programme validations.
Established an international training division at the Inner Mongolia Medical University (IMMU), China. Over 2,000 students enrolled. Dr John Tholen appointed as Course Coordinator. Financial audit by Leyman Brown International (+$144 Million). Forged collaboration with the University of Bradford, UK, implementing degree programmes including: Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Pharmaceutical Management, Pharmacology, Nursing Practice, Psychology, Medical Imaging, and Applied Biotechnology.
MOU with the National Institute for Complementary Medicines, University of Western Sydney.
Consultant services for the screening of raw materials for the production of healthcare products. Managed laboratory testing capabilities.
The 2016 International Eco Forum Global Guiyang, held in Guizhou, China, focused on promoting green development and ecological civilization, aligning with the start of China's 13th Five-Year Plan. Key topics included advancing low-carbon energy, sustainable development, green finance, and international cooperation to address climate change and environmental protection.
